*Housing* progress on the corridors
The private sector is doing its part to improve our corridors.
I initially titled today's newsletter, "Progress on the corridors," but then I realized that might lead you to believe I was referring to the corridor transportation projects we've been waiting eight years for. Cuz that's definitely not going well.
But it is encouraging to see so many proposed mixed-use developments on corridors that are taking advantage of the new affordable housing density bonus program that Council approved last year. Dense housing and walkable commerce is a crucial component of achieving our transportation goals and improving the vibrancy of our corridors.
